Reazon Holdings(“Reazon”) is delighted to announce that we have successfully closed an investment in N.B.Medical Inc.(“N.B.Medical”), which is pioneering cerebrovascular treatment devices.

N.B.Medical aims to establish a new standard for medical device development and bring hope to patients suffering from cerebrovascular diseases.
The funds raised in this round will be used to accelerate the development of innovative medical devices for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, conduct clinical trials in Japan, expand overseas, and promote the development of new-generation coatings using nanocoating technology. The device development is based on N.B.Medical’s proprietary cutting-edge digital transformation technology, and aims to provide safer and more effective treatment methods.
Reazon launched its investment division "REAZON CAPITAL" in February 2024, and has set the deep tech area as one of its focus areas. Reazon has decided to invest in N.B. Medical based on the high evaluation of its technological capabilities and the innovation of its devices.
Through this investment, Reazon will actively support N.B.Medical’s business growth, including supports for financing procurement through our group network.
