Reazon Holdings (“Reazon”) is delighted to announce that we have successfully closed an investment in Space Quarters K.K. ("Space Quarters"), a company pioneering space construction technology.

Space Quarters, on a mission to "establish space construction technology and accelerate humanity’s expansion into space.", develops a space construction system for large-scale structures in orbit and on the lunar surface, serving as critical infrastructure for space activities.

In recent years, the cost of transportation to space has significantly decreased, making space travel more accessible to civilians. Space Quarters' space construction technology is expected to play a vital role in building the necessary infrastructure for advancing space development.

Reazon launched its investment division "REAZON CAPITAL" in February 2024, and has set the deep tech area as one of its focus areas. We have decided to invest in Space Quarters based on our high evaluation of its management team's unique vision with technical and execution capabilities.

Through this investment, Reazon will actively support the growth of Space Quarters, including fundraising support through our global network.
