Reazon Holdings (“Reazon”) is delighted to announce that we have successfully executed an investment in CuboRex Inc. (“CuboRex”), which is a pioneering automatic transfer robot company.

CuboRex’s vision is to “create a world where there are no hardships on-site” and they are developing transportation machines. From this funding round, they aim to strengthen the R&D process for their crawler robot (AGV) and contribute to solving the needs on-site. 

Reazon launched its investment division "REAZON CAPITAL" in February 2024 and has set the deep-tech industry as one of its focus industries. Reazon decided to invest in CuboRex because it is a rare company that combines technical capabilities accumulated through the development of various products, with a highly competitive strategic business operation.

Although the transportation robotics market is highly competitive, CuboRex has established a leading position in the highly competitive market, by developing products based on a market-in approach and receiving feedback from the clients and striving to provide products that meet the needs of the client. As a shareholder, Reazon would like to support CuboRex in introducing and implementing its products to clients and contributing to solving needs of various industries. 

Reazon will work cooperatively with CuboRex in its business growth by providing support in fundraising by utilising the Reazon Group's network and collaborating with the robotics business developed by the Reazon Human Interaction Laboratory and other businesses.
